Temecula Valley Wine Country hits record $1.1B economic impact
A 2025 tourism report shows Temecula Valley Wine Country drew a record 3.4 million visitors in 2024, generating over $1 billion in regional economic impact and reinforcing the area's growth as SW Riverside County's hospitality hub.
“Temecula Valley welcomed a record-breaking 3.4 million visitors in 2024, according to a new report from Visit Temecula Valley (VTV). The figure marks a 2.1% increase on 2023, and an 8.7% rise on 2019, exceeding pre-pandemic numbers.”
Why it matters: Rising visitor volume means more hospitality and retail square footage in Temecula carrying heavier daytime electric loads that commercial solar and battery storage can offset.
