A quote does not constitute an agreement to perform work. No work will commence and no contractual obligations are created until:

• Any required deposits have been received
• All applicable permits and approvals are in place

Quoted prices are subject to change based on site conditions discovered during assessment, changes in material costs, permitting requirements, or other factors outside our control. Final pricing will be confirmed in the written contract.

Step 1 — Good Faith Negotiation: Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good faith negotiation for a period of at least thirty (30) days from the date of written notice of the dispute.

Step 2 — Binding Arbitration: If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration administered in Riverside County, California in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) then in effect for commercial disputes. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration or legal proceedings shall be conducted on an individual basis only and not as a class or collective action.

This dispute resolution provision does not apply to claims arising under an executed written service contract, which shall be governed by the terms of that contract.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We may also, at our discretion, provide additional notice through our website.

Your continued use of our website after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should discontinue use of our website.
